Shipping and Return

A. Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (SGT), on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard delivery fee is S$8 for orders below S$150.

  • Free shipping is available for orders with a total value above S$150.

4. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive an initial email confirming that the order has been received and that processing has begun.

  • Once the order delivery has been fulfilled, customers will receive a second email with the fulfilment confirmation.

5. Delivery Method

  • Delivery is a single-attempt, contactless doorstep service. Our courier will attempt delivery to the address specified in the order.

  • Proof of Delivery (POD): Upon delivery, the courier will secure proof by taking a photograph of the parcel securely placed at the recipient’s door or designated drop-off location.

  • Liability After Delivery: Once the photograph is taken, the parcel is considered successfully delivered, and we are no longer liable for the security of the parcel.

  • Failed Delivery: If the courier cannot access the property or deems the location unsafe to leave the parcel (e.g., no secure space, weather risk), the delivery will be considered unsuccessful.

      • The parcel will be returned to us.

      • The customer will be notified and will receive a full refund of the product purchased.

6. Packaging

  • All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or liquid items are bubble-wrapped and clearly labeled.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or courier disruptions.

  • In case of lost or damaged parcels, please contact us immediately at cx@miracohealthcare.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value of the product.

B. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the sensitive nature of supplements, specific conditions apply.

1. Eligibility Window

  • You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Items

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

    • Unopened and Sealed: The product container must be completely unopened, with the original manufacturer's seal, safety seal, and outer plastic wrap (if applicable) fully intact and unbroken.

    • In the same condition that you received them.

    • In the original packaging with all labels intact.

  • Health and Safety Exclusion: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any supplement that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Supplements 

  • Items where the outer packaging or seal is damaged to the extent that product integrity may be compromised.

4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is being returned because it was received damaged, expired, or due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received), we will cover all return costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at cx@miracohealthcare.com with your Order Number and a detailed reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once the unopened item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
